Some people might say "the courts favor the drug dealers!.."
That's a misunderstanding. What justices favored was the US Constiution being upheld - the gov and it's agents cannot carry out warrantless searches.
It seems they are favoring the criminal, when, in fact, they are favoring the US Consitution and citizens rights and protections that are guaranteed under it.
